WEKA Uitgeverij is a dynamic company with 40 employees. Our aim is to convert inspiring ideas and new discoveries into practical products and services for our customers.

We offer a complete range that covers online information products, seminars, magazines, informative letters, books and multimedia solutions for advertising customers.

WEKA has operated in Holland for more than 25 years, since 1983. In its first year the branch operated with one employee and translated products from the German parent company, however, it soon turned into a fully fledged and professional publishing house based in Amsterdam.

Naturally, affiliation with the parent company is close, but to a large extent the Dutch branch operates autonomously in its markets. Hence, it enjoys the benefits of a large and healthy parent company on one hand and the effectiveness of an independently operating company on the other.

WEKA had already begun to develop online products by the end of the 1990s. Today, a modern multimedia range of products and services for professionals and advertising customers exists. The main focus is placed on online products, but the range also includes seminars, magazines, informative letters and books.

Since 2006 WEKA has concentrated on Human Resource Management with its HRpraktijk brand. Flagship is the portal, www.HRpraktijk.nl.
